Ariño Duglass participate in an European project: New CERamic sputtering targets manufactured by SPS using tailored powders for TCO COATing deposition. This project is within the Eurostars programme by the European Union through Horizon 2020. Project´s Technological Area is Ceramic Materials and Powders and Project´s Market Area is Coatings and adhesives manufactures. The CerCoat project aims at manufacturing: – novel tailored complex oxide powders synthesized by industrial spray pyrolysis , in order to produce – cost-effective, reliable and nodule-free indium-tin-oxide (ITO) and aluminum-doped-zinc-oxide (AZO) sputtering targets by Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) manufacturing process, to be used for – developping innovative transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films to be applied on CIGS solar cells and locomotive windscreens.
